HC Therapy is Hellemai Christensen:
As a child, I grew up in a dysfunctional family with alcoholism, abuse
and failure. Miraculously, I have always had a positive mind and got an
early interest in people and why we do what we do. Most of my life,
therefore, I have been interested in and worked with behavior.
For many
years as a behavioral therapist for dogs (which is almost always associated
with human behavior)
When I was in my mid 40s, a traumatic experience
happened in my life when my husband died suddenly of a heartbeat, just 3
months after we had moved to France.
It put my life on hold and everything felt
meaningless for a long time.
But, with 2 sons,
(then 11 and 14 years old) I had to pick myself up. I
stumbled upon a book on coaching, which at the time was
fairly new in Europe.
It leaned towards what I had been working on as a
behavioral therapist and hit 100% into my mind and
heart. I wanted to educate myself even more and have now
for the last 20 years worked with people and their
potential.
It gives me the greatest joy and
satisfaction to be able to contribute to you gaining
self-insight and thus peace of mind, free from clutter
of thoughts and achieving mental balance and meaning.
Coaching
Coaching is a term for a form of conversation or questioning technique which goes a step deeper than an ordinary conversation and which involves the whole "wheel of life".
A course typically starts with a free half-hour conversation so we both feel comfortable. Next, we arrange a session where we together clarify your personal and professional values.
What motivates you to achieve your goals and what prevents you from achieving them. I support you to find the resources that can help find a solution that creates the changes that are necessary for you to achieve the desired result.
I help you find your inner answers, discover new opportunities and develop forgotten resources in both private and professional life. As your coach, I help you find your inner resistance, your inner obstacles. The internal obstacles are often greater than the external ones and you learn to develop a natural ability to solve your challenges yourself.
You get concrete tools to be able to release thoughts and life patterns that inhibit full life unfoldment and you learn to use the creative part of the psyche, where you find life, joy and meaning.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a great tool for changing negative thoughts and behaviors. In a wonderful association with coaching, we work together even further down in the mind and create significant positive changes.
It is a method by which you can interact with the critical and protective part of the mind and thus achieve increased susceptibility to positive changes. A hypnotic state is a completely natural state in which the changes come by working with the subconscious mind. Almost everyone can achieve a state of increased susceptibility (hypnosis.)
You are by no means "gone" when you are in hypnosis
because you are constantly in full consciousness. You
still have full control over yourself, can talk to me
and get up from the chair if you wish.
I work for
you to have a more fulfilling life and grow as a person.
There must therefore be a balance between 4 aspects in your life. The mental, the spiritual, the emotional and the physical. Advice like this you may have heard before, but an interesting angle is that it is about redirecting energy from where you are strongest to where you need to be strengthened. That way, you create balance without increasing the pressure on yourself.

Hellemai Christensen Danish born, English Speaking with a high degree of comprehension and empathy. My simple mission is to "Help People in need". In these depressing times many people are suffering with everyday problems that may continue to poor mental health now or in the future. Some people may not even be aware of it. So it may take friends and family to help by speaking out and suggesting a therapist session as a "discovery session", in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. |
